1. General Policy

 We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all laptops and electronic products purchased through rhinobook.in. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

You received the wrong product,

The product was damaged in transit, or

The product has a manufacturing defect identified on delivery.

Returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not liking the product” are not accepted.

3. Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse or negligence.

Products with missing accessories, manuals, or warranty cards.

Software, licenses, or digital goods.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Manufacturer Warranty

 All laptops and electronics are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty.

For issues arising after delivery (such as performance, repairs, or technical failures), customers should directly contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center.

OptimusLogic is not responsible for warranty servicing beyond facilitating initial guidance.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at the contact details below.

Provide photographs of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue.

8. Governing Law

 This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
